CANCELLED: What’s in your Water? Exposing the Pentagon: Hidden Polluter of Water

  • San Jose Peace and Justice Center 48 South 7th Street San Jose, CA, 95112 United States (map)

Pat Elder is returning home and won’t be speaking on Saturday, March 14. Events in San Francisco and Berkeley were cancelled so he won’t be coming to San Jose either.

Stay safe and take the extra time to view a video of Pat Elder’s presentation in Hawaii at militarypoisons.org.

Continue your activism through education and “clictivism” as you stay away from crowds. We will rage again in the streets and at meetings when we can.

Investigative journalist Pat Elder of civilianexposure.org speaks about the military’s contamination of drinking water statewide and the current public health and environmental crisis. The Pentagon knew, but never warned us. Since the 1970’s, the Pentagon has covered up the reckless use of fire-fighting foam containing PFAS, “forever” chemicals that persist in the environment and our bodies. PFAS are linked to chronic and life-threatening illnesses.

The House recently passed the bipartisan PFAS Action Act in order to regulate PFAS chemicals and protect public health, but the bill is now stuck waiting for a vote in the Senate.
